- Not record private workshops without permission

- Not engage in harassment or misconduct of any kind

We may remove any attendee without refund for violating conduct policies.

5. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge and agree that:

- Dance activities carry inherent risk

- You participate voluntarily

- You assume full responsibility for your health and safety

- You release Miami Dance Fusion Festival, its organizers, partners, and venues from liability for injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event

If you have medical conditions or concerns, consult a physician before participating.

6. Intellectual Property

All content—including branding, photos, videos, copy, graphics, and training materials—is the property of Miami Dance Fusion Festival or its licensors.

You may not:

- Reproduce

7. Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant permission for:

- Photos

- Videos

- Livestreams

- Promotional footage

to be captured and used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.

You agree not to:

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality

Violation may result in banned access or legal action.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you attempt a chargeback for a legitimate purchase:
